ECOMax-HE ®

Automatic Tube Cleaning System

An effective solution for keeping shell and tube heat exchanger clean.

ECOMax-HE ® uses sponge balls to keep heat exchanger tubes clean. These sponge balls are pumped almost simultaneously into the heat exchanger tube sheet. This enables the sponge balls to pass through tubes and clean the fouling and scales deposits within. The sponge balls are collected at ball trap, and sent back to the ball collector with the help of collection pump. The entire process is a speedy batch operation which is automatically controlled by PLC and occurs at predefined intervals. ECOMax-HE ®

ECOMax-CT ®

Electrolytic CT Water Treatment System

ECOMax-CT ® eliminates/reduces chemical dosing in the cooling tower. As the scales are removed physically into the electrolytic reactor, it is possible to operate cooling tower at higher levels of TDS and conductivity, resulting into reduction of Cooling Tower blow down water consumption. ECOMax- CT ® is designed to have long life and trouble free operation.
